1 chicken breast
20g feta cheese
2 tsp. sumac powder
- Pre-heat the oven to 180oc.
- Slice the chicken into strips 4-5, and place into a bowl. Add the sumac and mix well. Place the chicken onto a baking tray and place into the oven for 8 minutes or until cooked through.
- Peel and slice the avocado and place into a bowl. Add the feta cheese and pomegranate seeds and mix well.
- Mix the chicken with the feta mix and the sandwich filling is ready.
