Protein Yoghurt Pots – 4 ways

The perfect healthy, protein-rich yoghurts. Put in the fridge at work, as this one is perfect for that mid-afternoon snack or to kickstart your post workout recovery.

Pomegranate

A healthy protein-rich snack which is also a good source of calcium, and Vitamin B12 to support energy production

Ingredients

150ml Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
1 tsp. dried cranberries
2 tbsp. blueberries
1 tbsp. granola Mix

Method

    1. Add Greek yoghurt into a bowl. Layer over granola, followed by fruit and enjoy.

Cherry and Fig

A healthy protein-rich snack. Low in carbs and high in micronutrients such as Zinc and Copper which both work as antioxidants in the body's cells.

Ingredients

150ml Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp. fresh pitted cherries
1 tbsp. whole almonds
1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds

Method

    1. Add Greek yoghurt into a bowl. Layer over topping and enjoy.

Banana and Nut

A protein-rich snack which is high in polyunsaturated (good) fats - a perfect afternoon snack

Ingredients

150ml Greek yoghurt
1/2 banana
1 tsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. pistachio nuts
1 tsp. sesame seeds

Method

    1. Add Greek yoghurt into a bowl. Layer over banana and peanut butter, followed by nuts and seeds to finish.

Lemon and Poppy Seed

A protein rich, low-carb snack. Great tasting and perfect for mid-afternoon to fend off hunger.

Ingredients

15oml Greek yoghurt
1 Lemon, juice and zest
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. whole almonds
½ tbsp. macadamia nuts

Method

    1. Add Greek yoghurt into a bowl. Layer over topping and enjoy.
